Make your own crispy sweet potato wedges in the oven or air fryer. Serve wedges with dips like tzatziki, pesto or beetroot dip. Sweet potatoes are high in vitamins so they are an excellent alternative to potato wedges. Serve your sweet potatoes as a snack or for dinner as a side dish.

Sweet Potato Wedges with Dips

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper
  2. Arrange wedges on trays, leaving a space between each one. Drizzle with olive oil and bake about 30-35 minutes, turning once. Season to taste and serve with dips
Tips & Hints:
  • Use any selection of dips to enjoy with these wedges
  • To cook these wedges in an air fryer, follow the instructions for preparing and seasoning in the recipe, then cook in batches at 180°C for 8 minutes. Turn over and cook for a further 4-5 minutes.
